After the Coolpad Note 3, the company has launched a smaller and cheaper variant of the phone in the Indian market, the Coolpad Note 3 Lite.
The Note 3 Lite comes with a smaller 5.0-inch 720p display compared to the 5.5-inch display on its bigger brother. It also has a quad-core MediaTek MT6735 chipset, 3GB RAM, and 16GB storage with microSD support. It’s a dual SIM phone with LTE support on both slots. The phone is powered by a 2500mAh battery.
One of the best features of the Coolpad Note 3 was the fingerprint sensor, which made it the cheapest phone on the Indian market to have one. That title now belongs to the Note 3 Lite, as it carries over the fingerprint sensor from the bigger model. It also retains the 13 megapixel camera on the back and 5 megapixel camera on the front.
The Coolpad Note 3 Lite is priced at INR 6,999 ($103) and will be available exclusively on Amazon India. The phone will go on sale on January 28.
