How Jaweb Habib Made Hair Cutting A Million Dollar Trend Despite Of Being A Literature Graduate

Mar 30, 2015 by Sensible Peswani Leave a Comment

Today we’re having Jaweb Habib as a part of our PEAG series! Let’s read out what story he has to share!

jawed habib

Jawed Habib is a graduate in French literature, but nowadays, he could hardly find any time to turn himself into a poet following the tactics he’d learnt, for nowadays, he’s doing something usually our society considers as a low-end and inferior job. He today travels all across India to train the youth how they can carve out trendy hair styles!

Jaweb Habib is considered as one of the most important persons in the beauty business. The way he’s turned Hair cutting into his standard profession was appreciated by millions.

When he started out in the industry, hair cutting or being a barber was anything but glamorous. While a large part of this perception is now over, Jawed has in his own unique way made a difference in changing the way people look at this profession. Being a hair stylist is today more acceptable than 40 years back and given the time people spend in looking good, Jawed should take a bow for playing an important role in this change.

Calling it good luck or a better sense of humour regarding styles, Jawed, during his graduation, realized that along with appliances and electronic devices, hairstyles are another thing that’ll last in this world forever and keeping that in mind, he started pursuing in this field.

Today, by his hard work and dedication, he has over 50 salons all across the nation and has setup many training camps and workshops to teach his juniors what he is master at.

He was extremely hands on in his approach and would conduct workshops and seminars to pull in the crowd to the salons he had started. I, and the Sense Bin team truly salutes and appreciate Jawed Habib and all those who’ve listened to their hearts to do what they like, and have truly set an example with their work.

Today, after sharing the story of Jawed with you, all I would say is:

‘Job doesn’t dignify the class, creativity does!’
