How I Achieved a ‘CLASSY’ Writing Style And You Can Too – Mastering Over This Art

May 11, 2015 by Sensible Peswani 3 Comments

Is this your condition:

‘Writing quality: Poor

Passion: Blogging and writing?

BOOM!

You gotta agree to the fact that, hmmm, you can’t turn into a realistic writer until and unless you’d be able to spread magic through your style. Today, it’s absolutely shame for me to tell you guys that I even didn’t know that one should use ‘Present Tense’ after Did. How stupid was I? And that too I stepped into blogging with such CRAPPY knowledge.

improve writing style

And not only me, but I’m quite sure many of you faced similar issues as you started and even can’t come up with better results. Well, it has been quite long as I’ve not shared any personal online experience that helped me improve the results every time and today, this post is just for those who aren’t able to make out the best in their articles and I hope these tricks work out well!

Experience, Understand, and then write!

This is the first and foremost tip I keep in mind while writing any article no matter what’s the topic. If you aren’t experienced in what you’re writing or your base, regarding the topic, isn’t clear, you won’t be able to write from your heart and a true writer is the one who doesn’t write anything before observing and optimising it.

Start reading…now. And read as much as possible!

Perfectionism comes from observation, and that’s a fact!

Reading articles is way more important than writing them. The basic reason because you’re able to grab more and more ideas and that you come across some speeches, phrases or words you never had any idea about and that you can use them in your posts. The

The reason why I’m kept going with a better writing style is because I’m in a habit of reading 4/5 topics a day. Also, it will work out best if you will read articles on different topics, so that if you’re stuck in with a single one, you can know about the rest too!

Break it over

Don’t take it any other way and let me make this clear.

You would have often seen writers submitting articles with chunky, ugly-looking lines. They look CRAP! Say NO to them!

In order to improve writing style, you gotta make it simple and clear for you and your readers. The easier you keep it, the better they’ll understand what you want to say or express – and this is what one expects from his/her loyal readers, RIGHT?

Reading out articles isn’t that easy, and the one who think it is, ask from a few guys and you’ll get the answer. So coming back to the point, reading articles online is quite difficult and moreover, if you’ll add chunky, lengthy and confusing sentences over it, no time the reader with shut the tab. So keep this thing in mind, because you’re nothing without your readers.

Don’t confuse your readers, PLEASE!

And as we conclude, I share my last tactic. This is, no doubt, one of those sentences you’ve heard the most times in such types of articles but it’s true, and it’s worth-remembering all the time. Tight, concise, easy-to-read pieces are heaven for readers whereas the long and complex ones are hell for them.

If you aren’t able to write your thoughts in a simpler form, then no doubt you’ve lost your ability as a writer. Try investing time for your next piece instead of wasting it elongating the same.

So these were the 4 simple, short hacks I’m using to improve my writing style every now and then and keep it going on and I hope these tricks works out the same as they did for me!

Good luck and may you always pursue success!

A good one but you still need to work hard on your grammar sunny boy 🙂 Don’t say I’ve achieved, say I am still learning. Yes, you are good at writing but there is still a lot of room for improvement. Don’t run behind perfectionism, it’s absolutely okay to not be perfect. Write what you want to read.
