Top 3 Google I/O 2016 Highlights!

google io highlights

So today Google had their show of the year, the Google I/O, and it was pretty good! Like we had several announcement that just piped all of us with, amm, HYPE! And well there were a lot of announcements, but these are the top 3 of them!

No. 1 Instant Apps

So keep this thing in mind, these are instant apps, NOT Facebook’s Instant articles. (Now that was lame!) Anyway this thing is really very cool, like it brings about the solution I’d been looking forward for a long long time! This solution helps you to open up applications, just like that, like really very quickly, even those which aren’t installed on your phone. S

So a quick example of it that you put up a certain search on Google chrome browser on your phone and it will take you straight to the desired application even if that’s not installed in your phone, that’s really interesting!

No. 2 Google Home Assistant

Ok, so I’ve already written about this earlier today and I was kinda really pumped up for this. So this is a home-assistant speaker which works up really well and probably has now taken over Amazon’s Echo. So now all that you asked to Google Now, you can ask to this cute-shaped structure, which you may place at any place in your home.

Like you can book an Uber Cab, get a restaurant table for the night, you can, do anything with this!

No. 3 Allo and Duo

So this thing was really good, Google brought about their two new communication apps; Allo for messaging and Duo for video calling, I would have preferred Google to bring about both of them under the same hood. Allo and Duo, both of them run on the Google Assistant.

The app works really smart, like it makes up suggestion like what sought of message you want to send along with a picture or control the size of the text in order to show how excited you are for something! Duo is interesting too. It, plainly is a video calling app but is specialized to work out in extremely slow internet connections!
